Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Privogrid is a privacy tool for managing multiple online identities. It is built for legitimate use — but like any tool, it must be used responsibly. This policy defines what is and isn't allowed.
Legitimate uses we support
- Managing multiple business accounts (e-commerce stores, ad accounts, social pages).
- Agencies handling separate client accounts in isolation.
- Ad verification and QA testing from different regions.
- Privacy-conscious browsing and market research.
Strictly prohibited
You may not use Privogrid to:
- Spam — send unsolicited messages, bulk-post, or mass-register accounts.
- Phishing / social engineering — deceive people or impersonate others.
- Credential theft — access accounts you don't own, or use stolen cookies, sessions or logins.
- Malware — distribute viruses, spyware, or malicious code.
- Fraud — payment fraud, chargeback abuse, scams, or money laundering.
- Illegal activity — anything unlawful in your jurisdiction, or that violates a third party's rights or a service's terms.
Enforcement
We enforce reasonable device and account limits. Accounts that violate this policy may be suspended or terminated without refund. Repeat or serious violations lead to a permanent ban. We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Privogrid, please report it: Abuse report form or [email protected].
Appeals
If your account was suspended and you believe it was a mistake, you can appeal via our form or [email protected]. We review appeals fairly and respond as soon as we can.
