These terms govern your use of Privogrid. By creating an account or using the software, you agree to them.

1. The service

Privogrid provides a desktop anti-detect browser and related cloud services that let you run isolated browser profiles, each with a unique fingerprint and proxy configuration.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• One account is for one customer. The free trial is limited to a single device.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Privogrid lawfully and responsibly. See our full Acceptable Use Policy. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk automated posting.
• Phishing, social engineering, or impersonation.
• Credential theft, account takeover, or using stolen sessions/cookies.
• Distributing malware, spyware, or malicious code.
• Fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or money laundering.
• Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or violates a third party's rights.

You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for complying with the terms of any website or service you access. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed weekly or monthly, as selected.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Refunds

A free 3-day trial is provided so you can evaluate the service before paying. Except where required by law, paid periods are non-refundable.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be improved over time.

7. Limitation of liability

Privogrid is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any bans, losses or actions taken by third-party websites against your accounts.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
