We take the security of Privogrid and our users seriously. If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, we'd love to hear from you and will work with you to resolve it quickly.
Guidelines
- Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix an issue before any public disclosure.
- Do not access, modify, or delete data that isn't yours, and don't degrade the service for others.
- Don't run automated scanners against our production systems without prior arrangement.
- Act in good faith — we won't pursue legal action against researchers who follow these guidelines.
What to include
- A clear description of the issue and its impact.
- Steps to reproduce (proof of concept if possible).
- Any relevant logs, URLs or screenshots.
Our commitment
- We'll acknowledge your report as soon as we can.
- We'll keep you updated on our progress.
- We'll credit you (with your permission) once the issue is resolved.
